Cyclone separators:
- It slices the steam water mixture into thin streams
- This allows the steam bubbles to travel only small distances through the mixture for becoming disengaged
- Then these bubbles spin the mixture in a circular path
- This creates a centrifugal force, which is many times greater than the force of gravity
